Excellent quality glass like all Canon lenses. I had been putting off buying this lens for years and bought it in a pinch for a project I was starting the same day. Not only did this lens do the job but it outperformed my expectations and my client (and myself) were absolutely thrilled.

Hands down was may favorite lens to shoot with and would have kept doing so if I hadn't recently upgraded to the mirrorless body & R mount replacement.

This is a beautiful high quality lens! I take a lot of photos of birds at a rookery and having this lens this year during the nesting and fledging time was unbeatable! I brought all those far away babies right into my world.

This is by far the best value for your buck, yes its pricey but if you plan on taking your talents to the next level this is where you need to begin. I use this lens for shooting sports in low light settings and it helps a ton with the f/2.8 I'd recommend this to anyone who asks.

I don’t use it much but great lens. Captures beautiful images from very far. Bought it to take pictures at my daughter’s and son’s basketball game. Capturing every sweat on the court from the very top bench at the gym. Every photographer must have!

I love my lens I am excited to start to use it and learn all about it. The pictures I have taken so far I am impressed with.

This thing is rock solid, and you can get f/2.8 from 70-200, which is pretty sweet. My only complaint is that it gets pretty heaving after a few hours of lugging it around, but totally worth it!

This is the best lens I’ve used with my Canon T3i. The photos come out extremely sharp, especially when you zoom in at 200mm, at an aperture setting of 2.8. It is very good for shooting everything from portraits to action photography. Highly worth every penny.

It's the best lens I've ever used. Photos are crisp and clear. The stabilization works incredibly well, especially when shooting in low-light situations with a low shutter speed. There's not a single flaw about this lens.

Best lens to have in your camera Bag. I do lots of wildlife and Nature Photography, besides having wide angle lenses, my 2.8 does justice with portraits. From Bali to Zambia, I can finally display my professional photos in Travel magazine. Must have in your Camera Bag

This is absolutely my go to lens! I shoot anything from weddings to livestock to rodeo and of course, portraits. This lens is a game changer, especially if you are looking to up your game in photography!

Had this lens for a few months and has proved to be a great buy. Crisp and sharp detail, and great quality. A bit heavy if you plan to take it on long hikes or carry around for a while, but if that doesn't bother you, worth the extra effort to have in you lens bag.

this lens is extremely sharp, takes pictures with a wonderful distance. Even more with the issue that it does not stretch, its size is fixed and its zoom is internal

The look out of this lense is awesome. Love it. And if you had to defend yourself, this beast of a lense could do the job... heavy!

The lens is awesome, it's even better owning it myself rather than renting it out for a shoot. Photos are really sharp.

I needed a 2.8 for night photography and this is my go to. I love this lens and use is for almost everything. a must have for a average/experienced photographer.

I think this is an excellent lense, due to crisis we all have, I have not experienced in open places. But I was created and so far so good. I hope to tell you more about this lense. I'm waiting to get outside and take magnificent fotografies
