I’m a newbie when it comes to digital cameras.. it’s very nice a lot of settings but overall great quality! It does what it needs to be doing, capturing those special moments.

I upgraded from the 20D - and moving to the 80D impressed me immensely. This camera has the classic Canon Color that everyone raves about. Highly recommend.

While this camera is not the cheapest out there, it’s definitely worth the cost. It has many various features for both pint and shoot work as well as recording. Uses quality materials and lens as well

Great camera! I put 4 stars for the fact that (as a beginner) it is a little difficult to keep in focus when putting the camera on a timer to take pics

If you're worried about spending $1800 on this camera, don't be! I would not have chosen a better first camera, it's easy to handle and great quality!

It's a fabulous camera. I chose it because of how good it is with still pictures, but also because I like taking videos as well. The quality on both is excellent! I'm really pleased.

I previously used a EOS 20D which is still a good camera but 10 yrs old, so cameras have changed a little. I am hoping the upgrade is worth it. As a bonus all my previous lenses will still work.

This EOS 80D is a great semi-pro camera for those of us who like to take casual pictures at family gatherings, vacations, sporting events, etc. Video quality is also great!!!

I have been wanting to buy this for a while and am not disappointed with my purchase. If you enjoy the hobby of taking pictures this is a good camera to go with.

I was on my 2nd digital Rebel in 14 years and it was time for an upgrade. My T3 was good, but not good enough to take great low light pictures for my daughter's marching band. I considered a few other models but the 80D allowed me to use my lenses I'd collected over the years. It has plenty of options to customize, but you have to dig into the menu a little more. My old rebel had those options on the selector. I wish it had Bluetooth instead of the WIFI link to my phone, but it works. It's not the perfect camera but it's the best all around camera for what I need, at the a price I wanted to pay.

Thanks to the good advise from the of Best Buy workers that I choose this camera to take to south America to take all the good pictures that I have taken of my trip.

Love the autofocus on the video mode. Makes video easier to film. Autofocus is also good for family portrait and you don't have a photographer to adjust the setting. Good for its price.

For professional and novice photographers, this is a great camera. If it does get a little intimidating, there are done of YouTube videos for tips and tricks on how to use this camera.
