Bought this for my wife after purchasing the Canon 80D. She didn't want to learn all of the functions of the 80D so the 6i with 18-185mm lens was the next best option. It works great as a grab an go camera, with excellent resolution. We've taken some stunning photos with this camera. The camera doesn't have all of the bells and whistles as a more professional / enthusiast camera but it sure packs a big punch. Quite honestly its the best camera in its class. Auto focus, resolution and ease of use make it outstanding (if you don't want to pitch in another $400 to $500 on the next step up). A personal con for me is the limited number of focus points. Definitely worth the stretch in $$ over the lower rebel models. If anything go for the "i" in the rebel line, because it gives you a touch & rotating screen.

This is a great beginner camera, the quality is great I love the lenses it came with and the bag is great as well.
