I am a HUGE Canon fan - I wouldn't have any other brand of camera. The new T5i is AMAZING!!!!! It can do so many different things - in face I don't have to use PhotoShop as much as before. And to have a Video camera + a DSLR in ONE is wonderful!!!! I LOVE it

I replaced a Canon Rebel XT with this Camera. My main objective was to add video cabalibity as well as more flexibility with action shots. The majority of use is for taking sports pictures. It was extremely easy to move from the Rebel XT to the T5i. I was able to utilize the video function with great results. I have also been able to expand my horizons and do some custom picture taking to take advantage of the features of the T5i

I love to take pictures. I am a amature photographer, its a great camera to learn with. I would recommened it everyone. Price is a little steap but like everything else you wait long enough it will come done in price.

I love my new Canon T5i. I previously had a T2i and wanted to upgrade. The 18-135mm lens works great for my portrait photography!! So glad I splurged on myself with this camera purchase. It was well worth it!

I had the Canon Rebel T3i and upgraded to the T5i and it was a huge difference. Great built in stabilizer, good for when video shooting which the T3i did not have.

Fantastic camera. The image and Video quality are unmatched in this prosumer DSLR. The lens has been versatile and clear with almost zero noise on auto-zoom. Great flexibility and quality at a terrific price.

I got this camera as a gift from my girlfriend. I have always used Nikon. This camera changed that.

I was very excited to get my first EOS Rebel T5i. Learning to use the different settings was fairly easy & I enjoyed using a variety of settings. When I flew to Florida to visit family I was even more excited to think I would be able to take so many memories & share the results with family & friends. I was very disappointed. Within a day the review button stopped working on every picture so I could check & make sure each picture was ok before I lost the lighting situation or it changed all together. Towards the end of the second day the picture review button was hardly working & before I traveled home I was not able to use the review button at all. Unfortunately the result was a wide variety of out of focus pictures that could not be enlarged without seeing most pics I took were in fact out of focus. I took it to a dealer & he suggested I just use the one mode. I tried it & that was not the best result either. When I got back home, Best Buy worked with me & took the camera & lenses back & ordered me the same camera & lenses. This time the picture review button worked but unfortunately the pictures were not the quality I was expecting from one of the top brand camera manufacturers. I'm still not happy with my purchase.

I love this camera. From the very first use I took great pictures. The manual is great for learning about everything the camera does. I have a blast playing with different settings.

I love this camera! I bought this camera for my 3 month trip to California and it has taken amazing pictures. Everything I wanted from the camera, it has given me.

This camera is taking excellent pictures and still learning about all the settings and what you can do with them and how to use them with each picture.

Amateurs can still get great use out of this camera by using the auto features. However, for more complex photos in challenging light environments etc. this is not the camera you want to be using unless you are a pro and have learned all of the features and how to access them quickly.
