I bought this camera on Black Friday 2017 and it has been great so far. I’m just still getting the hang of everything but I have managed to take some great shots with my camera. I am not a professional photographer whatsoever and only really bought this camera to take nice pictures of my pets and family or to use in special occasions. I really do think this camera was worth the money.

We bought our camera for an important trip, and to have the resource to take better pictures all around. Our grandson also is taking photography in school and plans to use it to get started. I find the camera quite easy to use, especially with the automatic features, while still giving an opportunity to grow in learning the manual features to get better pictures. We are very pleased with the quality of the pictures.

I am thrilled with this camera. I bought this camera to use on my trip this year to the South Seas Islands i. e. Tahiti, Bora Bora and the rest of the Society Islands. I wanted something that would catch a great shot and do justice to the photography. This camera is very easy to use. If I can follow the directions to getting this camera ready, anyone can. I've been known to be mechanically challenged at times and this was easy. It takes great pictures, good sharp images, brilliant color and excellent enhancements that other cameras do not provide. This product exceeded my expectations. I bought this camera at Best Buy. I am sure glad I did, .because my salesperson was very helpful and made sure that I knew what I wanted. He also gave me some tips on this camera which I really appreciated. This was an ideal shopping experience for me - a great camera and Super Service.

A very sharp camera with a pair of lenses that allow you to take better photos for both landscapes and people, is easy to use and just read the manual. It is not heavy and easy to transport I recommend it to all my friends

It is easy to shoot, shoots well, and the pictures look much better than most other other brands of cameras. This one is Canon's least expensive DSLR, and it works amazingly. Highly Recommended for anyone who is looking for a entry level DSLR

The EOS Rebel T6 is easy to use in the automatic and other modes, especially if one is used to other Cannons. I bought the new 6T to replace my older EOS Rebel XS that I had for about 10 years old)but was damaged when the top of a lens cleaner fluid bottle squirted out and wet the camera and lens. Cannon no longer repaired them and it seemed better to buy a new camera than to try to repair it--the curse of modern society. The T6, like its predecessor is very easy for the casual or beginning photographer to use in the automatic mode or other settings on the dial, for example, scenery or close up flowers. It also allows for more flexibility in manual and other settings if one wants to experiment or shoot in low light situations. The lens quality seems good, although I have not yet tested the 300mm lens in low light conditions. One minor drawback was that when first tried out the camera taking photos of Lake Champlain from a park overlooking the water and used the automatic mode, the photos came out very washed out. However after experimenting with AE and other settings, the colors seemed more true. Another minor annoyance is that although the battery is the same size as the one used for the older EOS rebel, the connecting points are different so cannot use my two old spare batteries and charger. It is annoying the way manufacturers keep making minor changes that make obsolete previously good pieces of equipment. Nevertheless, the T6 seems to be a fine camera for most uses, ranging from taking pictures of fast moving children to landscape shots.

This camera is exactly what you are looking for if you want to get into photography! It takes great quality photos both near and far shots. Plus, it comes with the long zoom lense with the bundle which is a major plus since that lense cost $100 on its own. This is definitely the camera kit to buy if you do not want to spend a ton, but don’t want to risk great quality. The only downside I see with this camera is that the focus will shutter constantly until you can get it set exactly where it needs to be. The T6i model quickly adjusts where it needs to go without the constant shuttering. However, T6i is a big upgrade with a hefty price. Overall, I would say this is the way to go for great quality photos of you are a beginner or want to take great family time pictures.

I love my new camera! I had a hard time choosing between the T6 and T7. I went with the T6 because it is pretty much the same camera as the T7 minus a couple of small features. I purchased the T6 bundle and I received two lenses, battery, charger, base camera, and a camera bag. The only downside I've noticed is the camera bag doesn't have pockets to hold the SD cards and cords. I will probably have to purchase a different bag because there won't be room in the bag when I purchase my flash. On the upside, I'm excited to take it on some hikes coming this spring, but I was able to take some nice pictures on Christmas. The shots were sharp and turned out great whether they were indoor or outside.
