A BIG step up from cell. phone selfies

She loved it and has already made great use of it within a few weeks. Although the case isn't exactly the style she wants, it was helpful to have it right away so that she could safely travel with it (and the lenses).

Was hoping that the camera would work a little better with the WIFI. Was thinking that it would connect up to the cloud easier that it does.

The swivel screen will make all the difference. Save the money difference and pick up a good quality lens and enjoy the results.
