Great for starters

I told the employees I was using it for video and they neglected to tell me there's no external mic input and I can't return it for a better camera because of the unnecessary 15% charge for returns. So they literally don't want more of my money because of a policy.

Good Camera for Novice/Beginner

However you can't go wrong with one of these. I may later pick one up for my kids as a starter camera.
