Heres 2 Pictures of its overall performance with macro photography using 35mm & Distance using the 300mm lense.

Great Fun

It is not point and shoot. That said it is great fun. If you have become used to subpar smart phone photographs, you will be pleasantly surprised by the clarity of shots and creativity this camera offers. It presents challenges well worth the efforts. A very nice machine.

Great DSLR for a beginner

I learned to shoot RAW and edit all my pics in Lightroom to get the best out of it. With the right lens, you can get great pics.
