I read reviews before going to my local Best Buy. It was a choice between 2 cameras. Once I picked it up and started looking at the dial choices, I started playing with it. Each dial will tell you what it does and what picture choices it would be best for. It takes lovely photos and feels good in the hand. Great first good DSLR camera.

This is my second DSLR. I love this camera because it is so easy to use with the preset functions. However, if you want to take more advanced pictures, the manual settings are also easy to use. The pictures from this camera are spectacular!

Great camera for what i need to video and shoot pics for productions

I purchased this for my great granddaughter as a Xmas gift. This camera (Canon T6) came on the recommendation of one of our church's camera techs and on the strong opinion of her father (who is a professional photography) and, who both said, it would be a great starter camera for a person serious in photography. She is 14-years-old, but already has a job as a photographer on a local cruise Riverboat, and was interested in furthering her abilities. She has over the past week used this camera and enthusiastically said, "I'm in LOVE!" She is so excited and finds the capabilities and use of this camera wonderful. Also, thank you for your most capable and professional sales representative who assisted me.
