This camera came with a nice bundle. 2 lenses and a camera bag. I wanted to advance myself past a point and shoot pocket camera. I am still in the learning process of what setting I need to use in different lighting. I bought the camera for the bundle after reading only a few buyer reviews and what I thought a reasonable price. I did eventually find this particular camera online with more accessories and a slightly lower price but with Best Buy I was able to take advantage of 12 months same as cash and a Best Buy gift card I received from my job. So far my pictures have turned out pretty good but with a little more practice under my belt I expect them to be great. The pro's review this as a great starter camera so it fits my experience level.

I used to be a faithful Canon user. I switched to Nikon to try and I couldn't wait to get back to Canon. Everything about it is better.

I upgraded to the Canon from a Nikon that's about 5 years old. I don't adjust a ton of settings on the camera unless it's necessary. I mainly like to shoot in the 'Automatic' mode which works great for everyday pictures and produces a nice quality photo. I also love the ability to upload my photos over wifi straight to my iphone. Makes posting a great quality photo on social media very quick and easy. Overall, a great camera.
