I highly recommend it. The camera is top notch. I mainly use it for video blogs. The microphone is good but not great some high frequency noise I could not eliminate with software. Audio great with the Vidpro XM-L mic.

I loved the Canon T6i. It comes out of the box with many great features and capabilities.

As a starter , this is a super good camera . Everyone loved the pictures I took with this , especially me . Down side , I need a blogging came that shoots 1080p @60fps and sadly this only shoots @30.

This is my first DSLR Camera purchase so I do not have much to compare it too. However so far this camera has met all of my expectations for the reason I purchased the camera. Which are: I have my first Baby Boy, who is now actually a very mobile toddler and I have gotten incredible pictures that I never could have gotten with my point and shoot or phone, I did not realize the difference until I started using this camera. It has burst mode, I can adjust everything which is an educational process but once you get it down it is awesome. I watched a youtube video (or 10) on how to use the T6i and its features and learned a ton. The other reason for purchasing the "i" version was for the video capabilities. It records in Full HD, auto focus is awesome and the ability to plug in an upgraded external Microphone was a key feature for making youtube videos and recording future sporting or kids activities, the remote capability is also cool. Sorry I cannot compare to previous versions but I spent extra on the T6i because they finally upgraded the sensor to 24mp. I have had this camera for about 10 days and have taken roughly 2000 pictures and about 15 minutes of video. It was a lot of money and the first day I thought I might have buyers remorse, but everyday I used it and saw the incredible pictures it provided I went from possible remorse to wishing I had done this sooner. I am very happy with this purchase.

I looked at ALL the packages online and decided on this one from Best Buy for two reasons: 1) the 0% April for 12 months deal, and 2) all the packages with a bunch of lens covers, bags, tripods, etc. had many negative reviews calling the extra stuff 'cheap' and unusable for the Canon camera. The deal on the mic was all I needed, the rest of the stuff seemed unnecessary.

Traded in my SL1 recently to the T6i. Great camera with great featurea!

Customer service was awesome. I love my camera and the way it works with low light. Having the ability to touch where you want your camera to focus is also a plus. I would recommend it.

I have made some awesome videos with amazing sound quality with this camera... I highly recommend spending some extra cash for this because you will not be disappointed.

Great camera for a beginner takes great picture and videos.

Bought the camera for my son who is interested in photography and video. This camera does both. The Mic input and Rode shotgun Mic bundle made it a no brainer.

I've been a photographer for a few years and decided to make the move to video. Didn't want anything big or bulky and wanted something that I could still shoot stills with. It's a decent camera with good resolution. I like the wifi so I can send my files that way.
