    I ordered the merchandise online and picked it up at the store. The person that handled the transaction was great. The monopod was not with the rest of the order so he set it up as a delivery to my office...he made it very easy. I have had 3 purchases in the last year from the Waterford store and all have been good experiences. You have very good people.

    As a first professional style DSLR camera I can honestly say this camera is addicting. It acts as a perfect first time camera in my opinion because it has many of the features of the expensive DSLR cameras but without the price tag. I can explore the world of photography and its complexities and learn new tricks as I go.
