Bought this last March 29, 2023 and now it is dead. Quit working altogether. Double checked to ensure the battery was charged and still no screen and will not work at all.

I bought this as a gift, read countless reviews and this seemed to be a great starter camera Unfortunately iphone picturesc are better quality than what this camera takes. Now I'm stuck with an expensive paper weight. To spend another 5 or 600$ for a better lens is not worth it

Features are limited, photo quality is not good. I don’t recommend for product photography. Be aware of restocking fee if you want to try and see!

J cant do anyrhing with this product except turn it on. Jt wont even take a photo.. irs s useless piece of junk.

It amazes me how a product can be sold without the necessary components to make it work. Then you charge your customer a 15% restocking fee when the product is returned because there in NO software for this product.

Or what I expected… & it would have been a good idea for the sake person to let me know I needed a card to save pictures on.. photo don’t come out like I expected

I probably shouldn't write a review on this item. I read reviews on it before I decided to purchase it. It seems to be very complicated to use. I've had it for several weeks and have one picture,and im not sure what i did to get it. The auto focus seems to interfere with taking pictures. Not a camera you can pick up and take a picture. And taking pictures of wild life seems to be out of the question since they dont stand around and pose to have their picture taken.

Have had older cannon cameras which took good pictures, unlike this one the the picture quality is horrible

BestBuy local store tried to sell me a DSLR without a camera body inside. "New" camera not packaged or sealed properly, almost like an open box item. Not happy with it.

I came in for a mirror less camera and they sold me this waste of money. It’s difficult to use. Not user friendly. The display is Janky, and the zoom... haha... it comes with a giant zoom lense yet my iPhone zooms better.

I need a Lens that takes close up pictures that are are near the top of a tree. This one does not do that. Any suggestions?

Bad experience with BB. Not recommend to buy camera there!

The camera only records video for 12 minutes no matter how much space is in the memory card.

Really dont like it not happy pic dont come out well

Would not stay on for long periods of time and was hard to understand what it was doing

I just bought it for only 1 month and then it won’t turned on.

It's a great camera, in the couple years I've owned it I've not had any issues. The battery is still great and so are the pictures.
