Purchased this as a starter camera for my 19 year old son. So far he loves it. We are a Canon family so it was an easy decision. It's been a great investment for his hobby photography.

Amazing photos ! Got this as a gift for my sister who was raving about wanting to be a photographer and seeing how happy she got once I got her this amazing camera made it all worth it , Also not to mention the battery life literally feels like it lasts forever ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! (Now my sister hates me because I ask her to my photographer haha)

It takes great pictures! It was recommended to me for the price and quality. No regrets! I am still learning how to get the most of it! It has cool and user friendly features.

I love this camera. It is my second Canon Rebel and I only upgraded for more pixels. However the in store service was lacking. I had to find someone who said he guessed he could help, to even ring the camera up an help me with which memory card would be best, leaving me with the feeling I might as well have shopped online.

This is definitely a learning experience and a challenge for a person used to using a cell phone to take photos. I was ready to throw it the first day, but I am slowly getting used to it and teaching myself how to use it. I wish the manual that came with it was larger print and that the English instructions were in front. First photos I actually took and uploaded were Christmas photos with my grandkids and I was happy with the quality. It will take some time, but I feel I will be happy with this purchase as I continue to learn its features. Battery seems to last long when not in use, but not yet sure about when actively using camera.

Did a photography class at school and wanted to follow along more at home and into the future. Got this camera because it was the same line of cameras we used in class. Works wonderful. I now primarily use it as a webcam and it is amazing. Probably better ones for the cost out there now but it's a great intro DSLR camera. can be used to do nearly anything if you have the motivation.

Interchangeable lenses, very light weight and lenses are easily changed and built in flash option is a plus

Definitely a great starter camera. You do get a lot bang for your buck. Definitely upgrade some of the lenses for an even better experience. All pictures were taken with this camera and edited with Lightroom

I grew up using an old SLR from the 1980's that my Mom gave me. I finally decided to move on to the digital SLR, and I couldn't be happier! This is a great entry-level DSLR, at a great price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to break into the DSLR scene. I'd recommend buying a bundle that comes with a telephoto lens, or buying a telephoto lens on the side, as it's really necessary to take all your basic pictures. Go out and get one!

It is very easy to use. Not too heavy and great pictures

This is my first digital SLR. I previously owned a Sony point and shoot Powershot and a Canon Rebel EOS 35mm. This camera takes great pictures. I have purchased prints from my shots and they look great. There is one thing I noticed. When I try to take multiple photos quickly one after the other in Auto mode the camera will take one or two and then stop. I dont know if thats the because of focusing or some other process the camera is doing to take the photos. The camera is easy to set-up and use right out of the box after charging the battery.

I have b en wanting a DSLR camera. I discovered a love for photography while studying fashion journalism at academy of art university. Now I am using it to create content for social media to my business. The price was affordable and as I am new to this type of camera it has been great for learning. One I am more familiar with photography and all the proper settings for different situations and lenses I will invest in a higher end mirrrorless camera but it will certainly be a Canon

Easiest camera to operate that I have ever had and I am over 70 years old. Quality is superb; great focusing feature; perfect picture every time. Absolutely love it and already have purchased a second one for a Christmas gift for a family member.
