Customers are saying

Customers express satisfaction with the EOS Rebel T7 DSLR Video Camera's camera quality and ease of use. Many appreciate its overall performance, reasonable price, and good battery life. While some find the camera slightly large, the primary concern is its focusing capability compared to other Canon models.

Works quite well, especially for the price. There are several positive YouTube reviews on it, and they match exactly what I've seen. Great features and quality for a relatively inexpensive entry level DLSR camera.

My Sd cards stop being readable every time i insert it into this camera. Maybe i got a faulty unit. I tested 7 sd cards. Also, one very bad thing about this camera is that if you record video, it is recorded in MOV format. And when you try to pass it from camera to phone, it doesn't let you because Phones don't support that format. The shutter also got stuck on me a couple of times while shooting sports, mainly when it went a bit out of focus. Aside from that... i guess it is an okay camera for the price. But i would go with the Canon R10 over this any day. And that's exactly what i did.

Camera appears to be easy to use. I would recommend to the manufacturer to include a connection cord or have the sales dept that connection maybe be needed for downloading to any pictures from the camera.

Love my new Canon camera. Great service at the Temecula Best Buy where the salesman was very knowledgeable and directed me to exactly what I needed. Great price and camera. I’ve owned Canon cameras for over 30 years and are great cameras at a great price!

Good starter camera with affordable lenses. I’ve seen these produce some nice images. There are so many newer options out there now though, I would do some research before investing in this camera. I had to return mine due to autofocus issue.

Great body...lenses are the limiting factor. If you cheap out on lenses, a point-and-shoot or high-end cell phone will outperform. Invest in at least one expensive lens and this camera will serve you well.

My 2006-vintage EOS Digital Rebel XTi just didn’t cut it anymore. But I didn’t need a “professional” camera, either. The T7 neatly fills my needs, while offering close to “pro” features.
