Or what I expected… & it would have been a good idea for the sake person to let me know I needed a card to save pictures on.. photo don’t come out like I expected

I probably shouldn't write a review on this item. I read reviews on it before I decided to purchase it. It seems to be very complicated to use. I've had it for several weeks and have one picture,and im not sure what i did to get it. The auto focus seems to interfere with taking pictures. Not a camera you can pick up and take a picture. And taking pictures of wild life seems to be out of the question since they dont stand around and pose to have their picture taken.

Have had older cannon cameras which took good pictures, unlike this one the the picture quality is horrible

BestBuy local store tried to sell me a DSLR without a camera body inside. "New" camera not packaged or sealed properly, almost like an open box item. Not happy with it.

I came in for a mirror less camera and they sold me this waste of money. It’s difficult to use. Not user friendly. The display is Janky, and the zoom... haha... it comes with a giant zoom lense yet my iPhone zooms better.

I need a Lens that takes close up pictures that are are near the top of a tree. This one does not do that. Any suggestions?

they charged me to return it, the camera had problems, it's a robbery

The camera only records video for 12 minutes no matter how much space is in the memory card.

It's a great camera, in the couple years I've owned it I've not had any issues. The battery is still great and so are the pictures.

I really like this camera. I bought it back in 2021 and have played around with it a bit. I get clear pictures that turn out exactly the way I imagined. The only issue I have had so far was the video quality. I was getting really horrible pixelated videos. Obviously that wouldn’t do so I use our bestie Google to figure out how to fix the issue. If you are having this problem I suggest adjusting your iso and exposure. After doing that the video quality improved tremendously. Overall I rate the experience a 8.5/10.

Great and easy to use camera that is perfect for the novice. Picture quality is excellent and options for photo transfer are great.

This is my first foray from Nikon to Canon and I had high hopes. So far, it's a bit of a let down. Let's start with the good points, the camera does take pretty pictures. The color of a Canon cannot compare to the Nikon, it's just a different world even with this very simple model (compared to the Z6 that I used to use). Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The settings are cumbersome to navigate, there isn't much you can do in terms of customizing your settings, and THE WORST part of this camera is the false advertising. Canon, how do you call this a video camera if it doesn't transfer movie files to a phone via your Canon Connect App?! It's absolutely absurd and extremely frustrating that this camera only records movies in .MOV format with no way way whatsoever of converting them to .MP4 so that you can just upload them to your phone vis the app. So now, I'm having to purchase a USB cord, so that I can manually connect the camera to my computer. Download these GIANT .MOV files, and then take the time to convert eact and everyone to an .MP4 file and then transfer that somehow back to my phone to edit and upload onto social media. Canon's response? We took that (and other features out to make it cheaper). So you made this "video camera" basically useless and are still making $600 a pop from each sale? Not a good start into my relationship with the Canon world. Not a good one at all. Bottom line: if you want to shoot pretty pictures and have the time to watch 300 tutorials on navigating the settings (1999-style settings), then sure, go ahead and buy this camera. You'll eventually get some pretty nice photos (once you figure out the weird auto-focus features, which is another gripe I have with this camera). But if you wanted an economic option to easily take some nice photos and videos to use on social media platforms and your phone, this is not the camera for you. Splurge on the T7i for that, which has those features and will save you all the time and heartache I just spent.
