Great camera for a beginner

It works great. Took some getting used to but now she cant stop using it. Works great for all settings and gets us some mich needed wuality photos.

I use it mostly for nature photos but will work just as fine for home and personal photography. I just returned from Europe where I took pictures in several cities as well as nature photos with very little editing.

This camera is perfect for captuing family moments and it allows for instant upload via wifi to your phone so no need to have it.

Great Base Camera

It is also quite durable as well because my kids love to touch and get involved with all my stuff. I am glad a camera has incorporated some durability into its design. It takes great pictures; however, so does an iphone. I think the way to maximize the use of this camera is to buy another lens for it. It is definitely the base to endless possibilities. Yes, the camera is amazing and a phone takes amazing pictures to, but the clarity is definitely better with the camera, and I love that this is a camera I can build off of as I get better and better with my picture taking.

First DSLR

For someone who's never used a camera like this, it's easy enough to figure out. In my opinion, low light performance leaves something to be desired, but that might be because I'm still very much an amateur with this device. However, photos taken during the day or in well-lit environments look amazing!
