This has been the best printer I’ve ever owned!! So easy to use, and no messy cartridges to deal with. Best Buy delivered it so fast too! Would definitely recommend this printer to anyone looking for a workhorse of a printer!

After taking back two other HP printers that were so difficult to set-up and get to work right I said no more!!..Bought this printer from Canon and it was very easy to set-up and works great..In my opinion it beats the HP models I had purchased hands down in all aspects!!!!!

A little difficult on setup but was able to get it done. Print quality very good and prints much faster than I have been used to. I had shopped for a long time and finally settled on this model. Only negative will come when I purchase new printer drum. Pricy.

Very easy setup from unboxing to connecting. This is my second one of these Canon laser jet printers. The lamp went out in the first after 12 years maybe? It was cheaper to buy new than to repair the old one.

Prints great and is quiet. Definitely would buy again.

Great Printer. Fairly easy to set up especially with Youtube video. Easy to use. It is a little larger than i wanted but needed all of the options so I am happy.

It worked perfectly when I first installed it. I've been traveling for work haven't used it much. I tried to use Friday and it was stuck in download mode. After several unsuccessful attempts, I called Canon. The tech asked what I tried and determined it was the machine. He created a warranty and will be shipping a new machine.

Owned 3 thus far a real workhorse and get the job done!

Got tired of getting a few pages from ink jet cartridges. Printer prints quickly and as a bonus prints from my phone.

For now works great, its just been few days. Easy to program. Thanks to Paul for helping us at the store.

In general I'm happy with the machine as a printer & copier. I took 1 star because compared to my Epson & Brother units it has old awkward to set up software. Once operational it operates good & quick. Limited recommendation.

Works great for the price, got it started up and connected to the network super quick, takes about 15 seconds for it to receive a document to print from the network. Printed sharp and clear from the very start

This printer was exactly what I was looking for— a cost-efficient, speedy, and silent black and white laser printer. However, the setup was brutal. It took a couple of hours to get my devices to recognize it. And, the print quality isn’t stellar. Still pleased—but those are some pretty big tradeoffs.

We needed a laser printer, as we print off large amounts of paperwork in our home. This one popped up on sale, so we decided to give it a shot. It’s was easy to set up and it prints as intended. We were unhappy with how light it was printing, so we increased the density and all was well after that. Great laser printer at a good price.

Good laser printer at a good price for home use. I don't print daily, but it's been fairly quick and reliable whenever I've needed to. The print quality is good, and the scanner is fine.

Needed a printer for some Time and I got this specifically for black and white and it still shocks me that the ink still doesn’t need to be replaced even after a whole year of use. It works great but might be a little annoying to connect to wifi.
