I'm very tech savvy and this is not user friendly. The actual prints are pretty decent. Ive only used it a couple times so i can't speak on long term use, but I trust this brand, so I'm not worried. Its a little big and bulky, but still smaller than some others.

Good brand Laser Printer

This is Black Laser , I don't need color, just able to get print when I needed to.

The purchase process for pickup was easy, as well as the setup. Canon's have always been great values for laser printers and we are glad we made the purchase.
