Only black and white

I told the sales rep what I wanted and did not get the color. I have not returned it because I needed it and used it that day It prints extremely high quality and quickly. It is a bit slow from when you press print and when the printer actually receives the signal it seems.

I like laser printers because the toner last longer than ink jets and the quality is better. I love the all in one functionality - printer, scanner and copier. It could be a little more user friendly as far as setting it up but customer support is great if needed.

Reliable black and white printer.

Needed to install the app directly from Canon. Would not scan using the windows utility. The scan utility has a scan to email button, but pressing that does nothing. So just a little confusing but otherwise good product.
