I'm a little unsure about the print sharpness, but I really haven't tried increasing the thickness much to be certain. Was easy to set up for WiFi. Scans well.

The set up was relatively easy, The paperwork provided was a little miss leading but we were able to work through the website and down load what was needed.

Terrible instructions and expensive tech support

After 40 minutes online remote control login and simultaneously on the phone with Best Buy geek technician, she couldn't get it working, and informed me that it would cost $99 to have a Geek Squad tech that could actually get it to work with the new Lenovo laptop that i also bought. Terrible instructions from Canon, and $99 to get a $129 printer to print. It puts itself in a deep sleep mode after each page it prints. 7 pages with seven power cycles. Going back for a refund and a buying a Brother printer from Office Depot.

I was very disappointed in there help and knowledge of this product. I had to contact a third party to get answers about this product before I was sure it would make copys without a phone or computer. Thank you for asking for my feedback.
