Replaced a HP color laserjet. This does everything we need, without the fading the HP had when color wasn't balanced.

It took me a little bit to figure this one out it works great if don’t mind being a little more patient this printer is for you.

putting this together is time consuming... the instructions are very confusing. the manual has some instructions, the pictures in the box has some unwritten instructions, the online instructions are not compatible with the other instructions..i spent hours for coupe of days. I still dont know how to use it and I canrt find a place to repair the Samsung ones. that i have

Have already had a friend purchase this printer. Works with ease. Setup did take longer then expected.

The feature I like the most is the air-print capability. I can print anything from my phone now.

This printer / all-in-one is perfect for our Rector's office.

Does what it is supposed to, at a reasonable cost. A little difficult to install, but it has been working well in limited use.

First off we had to go track down our package as it said delivered to front door and we found it two streets away. The instructions are very badly outlined and the connection to internet is archaic at best. We use multiple devices for a printer and even being in the same room it won’t pick up wireless internet to print. Our WiFi speed is more than adequate. The last printer we had, which we passed along to one of our children was easy to set up and worked marvelously, too bad HP’s are on back order I guess. Majorly disappointed thus far

Drivers setup on Mac (or Windows) is not clearly instructed in the delivered box. After setting up, the printer and scanner functions work very well.

Great and very fast printer, but it has a major design flaw the finished prints can't stack. So if you have to print more than about 50 sheets at a time be prepared to babysit the printed.

I use my printer maybe like one or twice and month for small documents. I went with a Lazer printer because my ink would dry out and would need to clean it and unclog it. Not anymore best decision I did love it. I haven't had a problem and I have it connected wireless to my router.

I like this black and white printer, it works fine.

Purchased for use in home office for black & white printing only. Despite attempts to adjust settings multiple ways, there was no ability to send a document and get clear printing quality sufficient for my home-based business needs. I thought perhaps it related to the transfer of thebdocument, so I tried using the “Copy” feature on a document that Inhad printed on a ten year old HP Officejet. The quality of the copy was so diminished, I knew it was simply a matter of this printer’s capability, or lack thereof. If you do not need to present clear crisp prints, and merely want cheap prints fo your own records, this may suffice. But i was deeply unimpressed with the output quality, even at the very low price for a laser printer.

Works well, easy to connect to wifi & desktop computer. It was well packaged & secure in box.

Set up took a while but after that it is a breeze.I am happy that it doesn't go to really deep sleep unlike my previous printer and very responsive whenever I print from my laptop or cell phone.Build quality is nice and best buy sometimes offers a nice discount.No complaints

Not bad printer, had some issue to connect to wifi. I thought there was a fax option which mentioned in the description- but not there

Great printer! Setup is a bit difficult; the online manual is not the best. A big improvement from my old HP All-In-One Inkjet printer. Recommemd thos product.
