Poor quality print

I tried replacing the starter cartridge (which was at 90% full) only to have the same results with a new cartridge. I changed all the print quality settings with no luck. Setup was difficult, I had to contact Canon support. The support was great with Canon.

Defected item

Customer service was no help and wanted to send someone out to check the problem out for a fee, which is absurd because I just opened the brand new box- why on Earth would that be acceptable? You win some you lose some!

Good price but poor set up instructions

Took me 2 hours to set up , print quality is OK, I’m replacing a Brother laser printer, in my opinion it’s not as good, but it will work for price I paid.
