Hard to use has different ways of doing the same thing. Printing quality is awesome

This printer is okay. A number of issues though: 1) The print quality is not consistent. Streaks and smudges and lack of clarity often. Not much contrast in the monochrome. 2) Connectivity is really poor. I have it hardwired (because setting up the wireless connection is RIDICULOUSLY complex for this model), but I have to pause, reconnect cables, or stope and start over completely before it will print. 3) Scanning is hit or miss. Honestly, if I had to do over again I would have spent a few more bucks and bought something else.

I have had a series of problems with this printer. I had to have the Geek Squad work on it remotely at least 5 times before it would print. Finally they sent a tech to my home and I thought it was fixed then, however the scanner would not work. An administrator where I live worked on it and for about 3 days it was working beautifully! For the past week I have not been able to scan anything. I keep getting messages that the scanner is not connected to the computer, but it is connected by the same USB cable that it was connected with when it was working fine. I am very disappointed in this purchase!

Total junk, very thin plastic parts exterior, this is no HP. Soon as I took out of the box I load all the software on my laptop. Tried 20 times different way to get the unit to connect wirelessly, nope. I thought maybe initial connection needs to be wired. Yes, it connected, but I did not buy this printer for the wired feature. Then these a notice that the cartridge that came in the box with the printer from the factory may be a counterfeit. Right out of the box, setting up a printer should not be this difficult. Even the screen input is a huge pain, junk, junk, junk. Sad part is I already purchased a 3-pak of Canon 137 toner cartridge, hope I can return.

I got it as an emergency on tax season and was the k my and last printer in the store. It was pricey but well worth it

I have been happy with the value from this machine so far. While I do not like the software cannon uses the machine itself is good.

I bought this printer for my daughter in college. I have one at home. It’s a great printer and she loves the copy feature.

Its a best all in one printer for small business/family

So far isn’t too bad. It was little bit a technical issues. One of my lap top had issues using this printer.

Decent machine size is rather large, so make sure you have an idea of where you're going to store it.

Looks like the use of tonner is very economical, working with multiple computers thru direct wiring and Wi-Fi as well
