Canon I get a refund? Has a lot of issues. I really wanted to like this printer but it isn’t their best. I usually love canon products.

Horrible!! DO NOT BUY THIS! The scanning did not work, the software would not load onto my computer, came with a DVD with the software but I have not purchased a computer in the last 8 years with a DVD player. Cannon Tech support could not get the scanning to work either. Just get a cheap laser printer and a cheap scanner. That is what I finally did, it cost less and works perfect.

Pretty difficult to complete installation and too slow to scan documents

is not easy to connect to the internet the screen is to small, and the scanner are very limited to scan one page at time

This printer is useless to me. Very low dpi - you can't even read anything that you print or copy. I did not know this and I started using this printer after the 30-day return period had passed. Total waste of money. I can't think of any way this can be used. Best Buy, please take these items off the shelf.

Copies fast and well, but very difficult to link to network and frequently becomes unlinked from network.

Could not get it to connect to my laptop wirelessly or with a USB Cable. Customer service only available during business hours, and unfortunately, I am not at my computer at that time Ended up purchasing another manufactures product

This printer is big and clunky. There are issues with the wireless printer feature.

Very slow and poor printing quality. Not efficient

Really a hard printer to set up especially the networking of the printer with other devices. I have had the printer for 3 weeks and still have not got it figured out. The instructions are hard to follow and the online and call center help is non-existent.

Could not get this printer to work properly. Best Buy online support couldn't figure it out either. Called Canon support and was on hold for 30+ minutes. Decided it wasn't worth the aggravation and returned it to get something else.

I can't believe this printer. I have bought HPs for 20 years, and never had an issue. This printer is continually giving me issues printing from multiple PCs and my phone. I frequently need to reboot my PC in order for stuff to work. I never had to do this with HP. I am never NEVER buying a Canon again. So unhappy. I'm going to use this until the 4 toner cartriges I bought are used up, then I'm taking this into the back yard with a baseball bat. Dang it. Very unhappy. I want my money back. I never have issues with Canon at work, maybe those are okay. But avoid Canon home products.

Works horrible for a $200 printer. I used my $130 printer to print my labels for half a year and I decided to go with this one for my small business. Does not print label paper properly. Prints fine on normal paper, but not great. Will be returning.

Experience was really bad Delivery left a broken product at mt door Only thing I could do was take it to a store and return it Than buy another one in store This is not how online shopping is done get your act together before you join other list of dinosaurs of bygone days

As the title says, it is a nice all-in-one printer. If only I had color...

Hard to set up, print quality poor. Control panel difficult to navigate.

Only scans one at a time. Would purchase for an office

This printer is such an unreliable piece of equipment. With that being said, it would not stay connected to my Wi-Fi enabled devices as designed. Also, the printer wouldn’t exit out of energy saving mode. As a result, I wasn’t able to print much needed documents on numerous occasions since purchasing this poorly designed printer. Don’t buy this product! You will be disappointed if you don’t heed my warning.

Software issues just read canon’s forms. Waste of money and canon customer service could not help.
