returned was horrible. would not contact to our computer. very poor customer service. bought a brother we like very much

it was a good printer at first but after a while the ink was not working

This printer is NOT intuitive. Too dufficult for me both to install and to operate. Made in Europe. Uses European date, time formats. Youd think something as simple as this would have been modified to US standards. Already returned for a US made product

The booklet that comes with it only has pictures, no descriptions, and is useless. Even the Geek Squad was amazed. To learn how to darken the copies is impossible. I wanted just a laser copier, not a printer/copier but the new ones are all inkjet.

This printer is so quirky. It does not print dark enough and it is hard to read. NOT what I expected out of a laser printer.

Outdated and not at all easy to setup! Stay away from!

I had no problem setting up and doing WiFi printing from an Acer Chromebook Plus. I didn't even use the manual - just followed the setup menus. Scanning also worked the 1st try. I have 45 years software engineering experience, so am tech savvy. I suggest those without tech experience do a little web research before setup. And ignore the D570 manual which confuses more than it helps.

Worst printer ever, It's too hard to connect to WiFi netwark, and everytime you disconnect it from the electricity you need to reidentify it again. printing speed and quality is not good at all. although it comes with manufacture cartilage, but it gives an error that the cartilage is not geniun. save yourself a hedache and get HP printer.

If you need to scan or copy more than one document you are screwed with this printer. Who would have thought a printer of this price and from Cannon would come without a feeder? I admit I did not read anything about a feeder but I certainly assumed at this pricepoint it would have one.

Poorly made product and hard to establish WiFi connectivity

Not a big fan of this printer too big and when I had it at home, I finally realized that it wasn’t color which I should’ve read it. I returned it.

Printed out a light copy of any time you can not even read the paper

The printing speed is not accurate. It prints 2 papers then takes a rest around 10 seconds and then again prints 2 papers. And those are Microsoft Word documents, yeah, not PDF As well, it took me ages to find the correct utility for scanning.

Stopped working after couple of weeks. Buyer be wary.

I returned it because of problems getting the drivers. We don’t have a disc drive and Canon’s web site wasn’t helpful. Most likely operator error but our old Epson was very easy to set up. Best Buy’s return policy is great. Can’t comment on the printer.

Printer jams and also on double sided printing, it prints the pages very crooked.

A great and solid value from Canon for those who are not into the color hype - just gives the basics without the fluff. This D570 laser unit was hardwired into my ethernet network and my Win10 laptop recognized it on the network after going through the usual Win10 hoops - patience. Have yet to try the Wi-Fi mode. All of this is a bit complicated in that the printer needs to work with a Win7 laptop. Leave this for another day. The look of the printer output, overall, is great, though the black density of the font may be a bit on the light side for some. However, that can be increased via the display screen. Reasonably quiet operation and relatively quick to produce a printed copy. The printer after operation goes into an Energy Saver/sleep mode to lower its energy footprint. The scanner has not been tried at this point and the copy functionality is good. It works! Great for the user who just needs the basics.

Straight garbage. I didn't know I needed a degree from MITT degree for a home printer to work with my Mac. It will sit and collect dust because I bought an HP printer that could actually work with my computer.
