good quality copies. consistent operation. just what we needed

This does everything I need it to do. I like the fact that it doesn't have to be connected with a USB cord.

Works great, slightly difficult connection instructions.

I had a hard time setting this up. I finally had to buy a cable to connect my computer to the printer. Also, my newer computer doesn't come with a DVD drive, so therefore, I can't load the drivers without going to the web to get it. Right now, I can't get a short cut to my scanner. I have to go to control panel before I can access the printer's scanner function.

initial printing was too light - eventually print got darker without changing any settings - paper feed works well - setup easy

Really good printer for it price, but you need minimum minutes 10-30 to understand how to connect it to WiFi

No regrets buying this, it connected to my network easily and it's super responsive!

Easy setup but printer is constantly printing a error page every 10 to 12 minutes. Checked canon forums and none of the solutions has worked. Going to donate to DAV and go back to HP.

Hard to give a rating when it doesn't work at my house. The printer works for a short time after I spend time with the Geek squad, it is not working now, I am disappointed that the trouble can not be located. It is not working, I have to find time to get back on the phone

Getting the printer and its price was good. Shipped quickly. The printers scanning did not work. Looking up the error I found many many people had the same problem. The software cam on a DVD, most computers now dont have a DVD player. I downloaded the MANY drivers and NONE worked!! Cannon Tech support just said to delete the drivers and software, restart the computer and re install. NOPE!!! Did not work no matter how many times I tried and how may different ways it was done. In the end I returned the worthless paperweight, bought a $65 printer and just use a cheap laser printer I have had that works no problem. DO NOT BUY it if you want to scan anything. Buy a scanner

I am so dissatisfied with canon and there printers they suck they loose wifi connection easily don't work apple devices very well they are waste of money go buy hp printer
