Excellent printer just wish it included fax capability.

Great printer for the office when you only need black and white.

The set up instructions were not as clear as they could have been, but some searching on the Canon web site provided the information needed. I'm still learning the features and have not yet been able to use the scanning feature. Works great as a printer/copier.

I purchased this Canon D570 laser printer in new condition in the first week of July of 2023. It sets up pretty easily and the wifi connects fairly easily. However, the printer prints double mages/afterimages/ghost images. I have tried different types of paper (regular paper, harder poster paper, etc), different settings and different image qualities, etc and it still gives me afterimages in many cases. The printer also gives off a bad smell when printing, and this triggers my in-room air filter (the air filter sensor says air quality becomes poor and the particulates in the air spikes as soon as the printer starts printing). Thus, I am somewhat disappointed that this new printer isn't printing properly. Pros: Sets up and connects to wifi easily. Fairly simple to print stuff. Cons: Is only 2 weeks old (brand new) and it is already giving me problems such as ghost printing/after image printing...and gives me this problem despite me trying different print settings, image qualities, different types/thickness of paper, etc.

This works perfect for my small office. Great deal!

Great printer but prints a bit light, otherwise it was a good deal and fairly straight forward to hook up once the network was added.

I'm having a hard time scanning A4 legal documents - images are cut off. The product has a disclaimer on it warning us. So be warned it does not scan A4. The scanning software doesn't give a tailored or cropped image. You might have to do some editing afterwards.

It is a good product but took me awhile to connect to WiFi make it work. I would like product to be little smaller because takes a lot of space. Otherwise it does it’s job excellent

So far so good. My first laser printer and I would say I am very happy about it. I came to laser printer as I was paying too much money cartridges for inkjet printer

Works perfectly...just trying to figure how the scans works

It's a simple printer to do simple things. It has been doing its job without failing for the past few months. I usually leave it off and turn it on when I need to print, and that connection time is about 30 secs. I'm usually just printing shipping labels and random work papers to read, nothing crazy.
