Poor quality printing

Total junk, poor design, very thin plastic parts

Soon as I took out of the box I load all the software on my laptop. Tried 20 times different way to get the unit to connect wirelessly, nope. I thought maybe initial connection needs to be wired. Yes, it connected, but I did not buy this printer for the wired feature. Then these a notice that the cartridge that came in the box with the printer from the factory may be a counterfeit. Right out of the box, setting up a printer should not be this difficult. Even the screen input is a huge pain, junk, junk, junk. Sad part is I already purchased a 3-pak of Canon 137 toner cartridge, hope I can return.
