Simple printer - thank goodness! Too many forced apps, toner checking, login for access.... Just plug in and print to the paper haha!

Great laser printer at a $100 price point. I needed compact, b&w with WiFi. Glad be away from my inkjet. While having to print thru the app may seem to be a nuisance, turns out to be easy.

Not sure what was wrong , but I did troubleshoot couple of times But I had to always connect my laptop physically Bluetooth never worked

Fairly easy to install. I did have to keep turning it on and off to get to the printer to see my internet. All of the installation was done via cable connection first via the website. My laptop does not have a cd drive.

Sold as wireless printer but would not connect wireless no way we tried. Even had tech support try. So returned it since 95% of my printing is wireless and I'm not in the room with the printer.

Best buy pick up counter staff is nice and quick on getting my product. The printer is easy to use.

Generally speaking, I like it. At the beginning setting it up wasn't easy as it comes with a CD for installation while most laptops now don't have a CD drive. But since I got it I had few issues or jams.

Good overall printer. Inexpensive. Hopefully the ink will last for a while.

This little laser printer is definitely worth the price. It may be lacking double sided printing but the amount of pages you can print per toner cartridge is fast and amazing.

I was looking for a front loader and front out put. Not enough detail in description. Had to return to retail store and buy a different one that suited my needs.

Printing quality is fine. Speed is ok. Does not print on both sides of paper which is incredibly wasteful and expensive. Steams when printing more than a couple pages at a time.

This one works perfect no needs connected to computer or laptop. Easy print from phone .

We tried to hook up the printer to the computer and could not get the computer to acknowledge the driver when loaded. Had several people attempt it for us and it wouldn't work. Had to return it

Difficult to connect to Wi-Fi. Printer quality poor
