Issue printing PDF
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Theres a known issue with these printers not being able to print .PDF’s (its a driver issue). Be prepared to spend hours troubleshooting to get to work. Also just an FYI, since this printer has no screen you need to connect via a USB cable to your computer in order to attach the printer to the wireless network. Otherwise you can plug an ethernet directly to the back of the printer for easier set up

Dead on arrival
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well, it died 2 min after I plugged into a power strip. I tried other outlets and plugs; nothing. I returned it. Couldn't say anything about the print quality, but the unit has a small footprint. Unless you open the paper tray that stays open, laying flat on the desk while it holds paper. I didn't like that feature and can't believe no one had mentioned this. All of my printers in the last several years kept the paper inside.

Not worth a tenth of the price.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having now had two of these printers - both returned for manufacturer defaults - I get why it's on sale right now. First one jammed on the test page and then refused to ever spool more paper, so Best Buy replaced it. The second one won't even turn on (and I did swap cables/outlets/etc to make sure it was the printer at fault.) Definitely look for a different printer, IMO.
