    My Best-Buy PC is HP 2019 Spectre laptop, now running otherwise fine with Windows 11 Pro. Arrived at my office on 12/15/2023, going back to BestBuy today, 12/18/2023. SCANNING In the user's guide, the scanner function is an afterthought. [Mentioned 2x, w/out any instructions.] PRINTING 5x7 envelope printing coming out upside down. Bogus "Paper Jammed" msgs occur frequently, often requiring a power cord disconnect to clear. DIAGNOSTIC Printer refuses to allow Firmware Update 1.3.3. Windows EventViewer shows "Metadata staging failed, result=0x80070490" , among other errors. WinEV also shows"A connection to the Windows Metadata and Internet Services (WMIS) could not be established." and "Scripted Diag Failure." Oddly, Control Panel shows the LBP633, and MS TroubleShooter says "no problem."
