I have got the printer for about a week. There's no any issue so far. I found on many reviews complained about the set up is difficult but I think it's pretty simple if you follow the instruction on the manual.

Great cheap printer! Has held up well and spit out the pages with little or no thought. Not very heavy use, but it seems to be dependable and there when I need it. Will revisit this review after more use.

If you do not need color this is it! Plenty of ink at an affordable cost. The demo ink is still going strong! If you print a lot of documents then you need this. It also has wireless connection

This installed like a dream, and so far has met all my expectations, and exceeded some too. During factory assisted installation, I was told that I have Canon service for as long as I own the printer.

I needed a inexpensive black and white laser printer for a client. This printer was a better deal than the HP laser printers I usually purchase for clients. It has worked well for general office needs.

This is a very good printer and includes everything an average person will need including printing, copying, and scanning. It prints out very fast the toner lasts long. Happy from the performance.

I've set up many printers over the last decade, and this printer by far is the easiest one to set up and to use! If this printer should happen to go out, I will order another one just like it!

I Purchased this laser printer and am very pleased.

Had never considered a laser printer because I thought they were too expensive, but I found that 90% of my printing was in black and white and this met my needs and exceeded my expectations.
