Useless item
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought a small laser printer for a secondary printer in my home because the ink jet printer ink dries out if not used regularly. I tried to set it up, as did my tech guy, but still had problems printing wirelessly and called Canon for help. It worked after a 45 min phone call. A few days later when we went to print it didn't work again. I called and it worked while they were on the phone. A few days later I went to use it again and it will not print. The wifi symbol is on solidly but neither the phone nor the computer can find the printer. Although Canon support is sometimes good, reaching them is inconvenient and some of their support staff know less than I do about Canon printers (this is my 4th one). In the past I have loved Canon printers, can't say the same about this one. I recommend passing on this product.

Difficult to set up

It asks very technical questions about the interface and uses not understandable technical jargon and codes. The online manual is not simple PDF file and is very dificult to navigate through.
