Unlike some reviews I read that was going to discourage me from buying this product, this product is amazing. It prints clearly and not create connection issues. Once in a while it may have error, but just power down and power on again, and it is okay.

Can’t beat this copier for the price! Compact size, functional and quality

Bought this for my home office. It was easy to set up. My only complain is the quality of the print out. Not sure if it's due to the toner that came with it.

Best printer I've ever had. It just works. Watch the setup video that is on YouTube posted by Canon and your's will work perfectly as well. Love this printer!

Love printing from both my pc and tablet with no wires. Documents are razor sharp. A little trouble setting it up for the network.

I have owned a Cannon printer before and I like their products. This is my first laser printer and I really appreciate the quality of my newest printer purchase.

Prints, copies and scans well but loses connection to the network which can be resolved by either restarting or re-inputting the connection via menu. Updating router firmware did not resolve the issue.

I was looking forward to working with a laser printer after having an inkjet for several years. Setup was easy requiring only one phone call for clarification. The printer connected to the network and printed on the first try. User guide is good. It would be helpful to have all instructions in English ( or the relevant language) in one section rather than having to page through to find them.

WE HAVE OWNED THREE CANON IMAGE-CLASS LASER ALL-IN-ONE PRINTERS OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS PLUS. WHY? THE CANON 800 CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN AAA+, WHEN WE NEED IT. ALL 3 STILL PRINTER PERFECTLY IF TONERS ARE AVAILABLE AS WIRELESS PRINTERS. WE NEED THE NEWEST CANON TO PRINT FROM MOBILE DEVICES.

This seems to be a great printer - my only issue was set up - it worked fine for weeks and all of a sudden was disconnected and had to go through the process again - which actually wasn’t bad because Canon offers a really well done tutorial video and it seems happy again. It doesn’t print as crisp as an inkjet but I bought it to fill volume needs and was aware that was the case. In the end I would recommend it if you are doing more than the occasional printing an assignment - I also use it for copies.

It works, but feels ancient. Maybe I am too used to my companies commercial grade printers. Regardless, it does what it’s supposed to do, but it could be better. Whenever I print, everything just falls to the ground, and I need to figure out the order. If there are no page numbers, I waste a lot of time figuring out the order.

Quality is good for the value. Bought it during their sale and really happy.

Easy to set up and works great. So nice to be able to print wirelessly from phone and iPad as well as the computer. Would definitely recommend!

Another best bang for Money ! You won't find better and more reliable device in that price range - we talking laser here !

Prints every time whether our laptop is on the 2GHz wifi, 5GHz wifi, or VPN. Our last printer forced us to change networks and reboot the printer daily.

I really recommend to all of viewer plz buy this products i like it bcoz print so fast and easy to setup.

Its fast, efficient and not to terribly expensive. For my at home office it works very well.

Great home printer, does everything you need. Really… a home printer doesn’t need color.

So far this printer works well. However, the set-up directions were very vague. I had to contact Canon support to walk me through the set-up. He was very patient and helpful.
