We are a large family so, between work and school we print a lot. We were tired of blowing through ink every week and purchased this printer. It meets our demands. Tech support is awesome.

The functions aren't quite as simple or straightforward as they might be, but then it does a lot more than my recent past printers.

I own a small company and do a great deal of paperwork. This copier, scans docs perfectly, copies quickly and prints color photos excellent! Had it about a year and it’s the best one I have ever had!

It is a very nice printer. The only problem I had was that I had to load all the drivers before it paired up with my computers.

Got this on sale and love it. Lots of nice functions. One downfall is that it only holds a small quantity of paper in the tray.

LIKE FACT THE TONER LAST LONGER THAN MY OLD INK JET. IS BIG AND HEAVY BUT HOPEFULLY VERY DEPENDABLE - NOT HAD IT THAT LONG.

So far I love this printer. Canon has always been a good brand to me. But the price of replacing the ink every month (sometimes more often) was getting to expensive. So I chose to get a laser printer.

Not what I expected Clarity was good the prints always come out too light

Got tired of buying a new ink jet printer every year. Just wish it did double sided printing(manual only).

The printer works well. My only complaint is it's very slow to print. After hitting the print button, it can take over a minute to start printing.

No fax ? Although the box says 4 in 1. Had to call cannon to find this out

I like this machine. It has lots of features. If it had fax capabilities it would be perfect.

This is by far the fanciest printer I have ever had, it works great no complaints on this

This laser printer is quite a decent bargain, and easy to print to from network connected devices, as well as from iOS devices using the Airprint functionality. Using the scanner however, is a bit trickier, as the correct drivers are hard to locate, and I never could get a scan to computer to work even after updating to the newest drivers from the canon website.

It's a good printer, but it's loud. Also it didn't connect easy to wifi.

We bought this laser printer since we travel a lot. Usually we get home and our ink jet printers are clogged from not using them. This has solved our problem

print quality is great, connecting to network was painless, connecting to the printer was painless, and print is fast. but it is heavy (80 pounds) I don't want to move it again.

Good resolution but I wish the look was bit sleek.. Oh well!! It does good what it supposed to do
