I have been looking for laser color printer and I found one at Best Buy. Very happy so far.

Great for a small office or home office use. It's a lot bigger than I thought though...

I little finicky to configure all of the features, but a solid machine. purchased on clearance which made it a great value.

Scans, Prints with Laser. Only down fall is it is not able to duplex automatically.

Using it has been overall what I expected. Delivers the needed performance. Its still early since I just bought it. I'm hoping it will last at least 2 years.

I am very happy with this purchase. It was reasonably priced and hopefully will solve by issues with not being able to find ink for my ink jet printer.

We bought as a second printer for our office. We use it in the sales office. Has 7-8 people print on it daily. Handels what we need it to do.

I love the convenience of the way the cartridges change out and the pricing.

Great printer we put in our home office. The copier also works great.

Machine is too big for my use, but does what it's supposed to do.

A little hard to get set up but work great after you get by that.

Functions well and connects to my devices with no problem.

Love this Cannon printer. I don't print often and it's always ready when I do. No dry ink. Lines and text are sharp and pages dry immediately.

A liitle noisy when printing. Print not dark, but looks good.

This printer is not easy to install for newer computers/laptops. I have been to the website to download the drivers, but after downloading I'm still having difficulties. I'm unable to print using the mpf. Documents take awhile to print. It's slower than other laser printers.

I wish technology would finally make a color laser printer that makes fast print/ scans for the office, and still makes photo quality prints as well. Unfortunately they are not there yet, and this unit falls short when printing pics. Print/ scan speed and quality are par. My one major complaint however was the setup. Instructions were vague and incomplete (note printer was setup for Mac). Also, once setup was complete, there was no instructions to get the "scan to email" feature to work. It took me two long separate phone calls for support....which even Canon support did not know exactly how to proceed. Between Canon support and myself (I'm somewhat computer savvy), we were able to successfully get that feature to function properly.
