I love it i wish I had made this my first choice I had bought 4 other product before this.....

Ended up getting a lot more printer than I needed for about half of what I planned to spend.

I told salesman I needed a printer that is color prints both sides and a fax machine. He said this is the one after my computer guy hooked it up I found out otherwise

I always wanted a machine like this. Best Buy had an awesome price. I now have it. Yay!

I've got 10 of these units and have had no issues with them so far. Web services are great

very nice all in one laser printer and it does not need a refill for a long time.

A rep from the company talked us into this printer because he said it faxes we'll come to find out it doesn't and unfortunately that's what we need it for. I wish I did a little bit more research

Very good printer for home or small office. The output is very good.

Bought this for a home business that does minimal prints, but I need full functionality. This was the cheapest I could find for Printer/Scanner/Copier and Color prints. Unbox went smoothly. I had a little trouble connecting wirelessly to the printer but figured it out. Also I had an old printer chord that I planned to use since it didn't come with a printer chord and that didn't work. The plugs were the same but it didn't register as being connected. So I have not yet bought a chord and print wirelessly in the mean time. Also I really like the scan to USB drive feature. That comes in handy. This is a large printer. Its the biggest I've owned so do check the dimensions before you buy. And its also very heavy so consider that you may need some help in unboxing it. Overall I am happy with the printer so far. I've had it for about 2 weeks now.

This printer is awesome. So easy to set up its that I can figure it out.

Just the best printer i have ever used for home use!

I had this printer for 15 months. Out of the 15 months, this printer received the same error message nearly every 4 weeks. I frequently work from home and thought that this device could handle the average 100 - 150 pages that needed to printed once a month. However, after 50 pages, the error message pops up. This printer does NOT automatically print duplex pages--you have to manually insert to do double-sided printing. If you do large quantity of printing or need to print double-sided pages, do not purchase this printer.

Setup and configuration was good. Impressed with photo prints!

I was told that this was wireless...it was. I was told that it will dupex....it does not. Who makes a color laser printer that wastes paper like that these days? It's past the time I can return it to the store. What a waste of money. I purchased another printer from Staples today and will be much happier with it. This one is going into a garage sale.
