It's a good printer but not what I expected. Scanner didn't worked.

Documentation and printer menu says it does 2 sided printing/copying, but it doesn't. Paper tray is about 1/3 smaller than comparable HP printer. Bluetooth set up was very easy. Good printer if you don't care about 2 sided printing, but with a small paper tray, you'll be adding paper constantly.

I think the prosuct adequately fit my needs. Good Purchase.

Return it back to the store. It doesn't print duplex.

Could not get the wireless to work at all. Called the Geek Squad and they could not get it to work either. Also very heavy, noisy, and slow. Spent $50 more fo an HP andsetting up and connecting it was a breeze.

The Copy function broke down after 40 days of purchase from Best Buy. I brought back to Best Buy, they did not even bother to check just told you to call Canon service. They did not provide any guidance on the process at all and showed "why not buy warranty when purchase kind of attitude" It's a pretty bad experience on Best Buy customer service if you didn't purchase warranty from them.

Bought a laser printer because I was tired of buying ink! When I printed a photo it came out with scrape marks across the photo due, I was told, to a problem with the heat element. When I returned the printer Best Buy refused to credit my credit card and gave me a store credit instead. I'm not confident about buying another printer from them, but I am stuck having to. BTW, the Geek Squad is just one person! He was very professional and knowledgeable and identified the problem right away. But there's only one of him, so good luck getting an appointment if you are having trouble.

Dont know why they come with just half of the powder for the cartriges if you are buying a new item.

Lots of functions but not easy to set up still do not have all functions working and have not been able to get much support

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this printer for our office. It printed well for the first couple of days, but then started not printing, printing off color, only printing green, then only printing pink. It was hard to set up too, numerous calls to support. We returned it and got a Brother, which was more expensive, but was a better choice. I think Canon may want to stick to cameras.

Worst product ever purchased. I have tried printing the same document multiple times, and every time the results are completely different. Black comes out as yellow, red comes out as green and the next time it completely misses out all of the black and the time after that the page comes put blank. Tried troubleshooting with best buy and still its the same, useless.

I am not recommend this printer this was very slow n not good

Bought two. One died completely. You'll get a nag screen that you must acknowledge before being able to use the printer, should you insert a compatible, not a Canon-branded toner cartridge.

We tried using this for a couple of months maybe. It had so many problems daily. Paper jams, mystery jams, beeping, blanking out. We threw it away and I probabloy wont buy a cannon printer again

The printer lasted one month before it quit working. The Geek Squad were very easy to work with, as I had purchased a two year warranty. I purchased a Brother printer to replace it.

Manufacturers knows that none of these printers are Windows 10 compliant and that none of the CDs sent with them work. Canon has no intention of sending out new CDs to fix issues.

It is old style copper with bad small. The setup is tough, and the calibration is failed with bad gray color. The online print like smartphone is not easy connected

Only had since November and it is making a loud squeking noise, it runs through ink very quickly. Might be ok for a home but in an office it is no good.

I have not yet used all the fuctions of this product. The ones I have used work well and I am very satified with the results

Can't Fax... why is there a keypad and a hole in the case for a phone line connection but no actual connector?
