Great multi-function printer, excellent quality print. I didn't know about the model with the auto feeder, would have gotten that one instead, but this one is awesome so far.

My purchase is just perfect! The only problem I had was getting up up the stairs (17 of them) and I’m 75 years old! Also I had to figure out the sleep function I thought it wasn’t working. It’s a beautiful printer! Thank you so much!

I love my printer so much I've anthropomorphized it and treat it like a little human! His name is Biff. I don't print often, but need to print occasionally. I do need a scanner much more often. Because I printed so seldom, my old printer's ink just dried between print requests. I was so tired of pulling out ink cartridges and sticking pins into them, and then trying to get any ink out of them, that I wanted to jump up and down on my printer, calling it rude names. I researched and found that the Canon was right for me. It's wireless, so I have it across the room from my computer - no wires to trip over - no wire-length constrictions on placement! It also prints in color, and scans, and does a whole lot of stuff I might not ever use! But the best thing is that it has a powder ink because it's a laser printer - on that rare occasion I need to print - it actually prints - perfectly - EVERY time! And it's an all-in-one. So while it was more expensive than my old printer, it's certainly much more of a value than the printer that became completely useless! And while it might cost more to get the powder laser cartridges - they will actually work when needed and will last much longer than ink cartridges. He was very easy to set up in just minutes! I couldn't be happier with my little Biffy!

The print quality is excellent, from black and white to colors. It is a bit loud when printing and for a minute afterwards.

We tend to keep things (devices, cars, etc) so long as they are useful and reliable. So, we had our former printer a long time, and this is a big upgrade for us. This is an affordable color laser printer with the most affordable toner I could find. The copying, scanning and printing all work great. We appreciate the duplex printing and the WiFi connectivity. We can now print from any device in the house! 10/10 I would buy this again.

Easy to set up, printing is great. So far very reliable unlike other brands I've had recently. Cost of ink replacement is a bit high as is most ink.

The printer/copies/scanner is going to work well I'm sure, but set up was a nightmare. I followed instructions to the T, and printing was up and running as expected. But, when I tried to scan something it said that the computer was not connected. I uninstalled/reinstalled maybe 5 times trying different ideas (new cable from printer to PC, diff timing of when you turn it on, etc). In the end what worked for me was to use an ethernet cable from the printer to the router. I was surprised and pleased that a set-up disc came with it (and, it was very new/current). That is rare these days.

I like the item, but it loses the wi-fi all the time and changes the router number, which is always wrong. but after awhile can reconnect. Also, it doesn't turn on well from sleep. normally have to turn off then back on. But it prints very good.

Love this printer. It's the second one I've purchased in this Canon Imageclass series. The last one lasted 8 years. It never jammed or printed streaks. I expect the same from this one.

So far after a few months of use I have really been impressed with the quality and speed of the printer. Easy to setup and has been reliable thus far. No issues.

Needed to upgrade my old printer and I chose this model. It fits perfectly on my desk and the quality is excellent! Very satisfied with my purchase!

My mom feels so spoiled at having a printer that prints duplex. She has an old laptop so it was a little challenging to set up the connection, but did get it done. Love the amount of pages it prints per minute. Love the vaious ways you can connect to it.

Best Quality, easy to use, just doesn't have feeder scanner.

I ordered this because I was tired of being hit with 70 bucks every time I needed to change ink my EPSON "ink a holic" printer. Crazy! So for under 300. bucks I got this awesome laser printer. It's great! My only wish was for 2 sided scanning which I found out was available for 20 dollars more ... But I didn't want to pack it all back up and return it (heavy).

No connectivity from iphone or ipad (AirPrint mode) when printer is in sleep mode, and it is always in sleep mode except for the first 5 seconds you turn it on. You have to walk over to the printer and turn it on fully in order for the AirPrint to find the printer, which happens instantaneously. So disappointed. I see this comment on the other similar ImageClass models and I really want to stick wtih ImageClass. Contemplating returning.
