Canon Image Class MF656Cdw color printer. So loud that you can't talk while it's printing. Instructions EVERYWHERE for adding a page to a scanned document say to use app MF Toolkit. Not only is that incorrect, that app doesn't appear to exist. Waited an hour to talk to Support after combing the web for an hour to find a solution only to be told that this model doesn't use that app AND that it isn't even possible to add pages to a scan. FAIL. This is a huge, complicated (and NOT user friendly) printer supposedly for dual business and personal use. As much as I hate HP these days, if I had known how difficult and limited this printer is, I would still have bought an HP. At least their scan utility allows adding pages.

Works great. Only down side is the learning curve to use ALL of its features. Software/App is not for novice. The instructions are around 400 pages! 400 pages!! Reading has induced daily naps…..

I’m glad buying Canon 656Cdw, copy print sca fax …. Easy setup smooth touch screen. I highly recommend this all in one printer.

Once setup, this machine does what it says it will do. The Wifi connection is and works great! However, I am still learning how to scan multiple pages into a single pdf document.

Great purchase! I was looking for a clear printing option for my projects...without the disasters that ink jet printing can help make happen, especially if any kind of moisture hits the page!

Seemed like a nice printer and since it was Canon thought it would be good. Not, quickly ran out of toner. When the cartridge was replaced it was not recognized. Bought another cartridge and that seemed to be ok although the printer said it was out of paper even with paper in the trays. Tried to get support and register the product on the Canon website but cutting and pasting the exact model was not recognized. This printer is useless and very poor quality, Very sparce utilities for diagnoising the problem. Poor to little support from canon.

The printer is very basic. It doesn't scan multiple pages. It's not very good for work, it's more for home work.

Have printer about 1 month. Once I was able to go to its web page, everything I would want to set was there. So far it's a great printer. Would purchase it again.

Had the printer for about 3 months, so far it’s been an awesome printer. The only difficulty thing was, setting the scanning option. But google is your best friend.

Best printer with advanced features. Ink is reasonably priced.

It’s a sturdy machine. Setup wasn’t difficult just took a little time. Function is excellent. It was way more machine than I needed but I am very happy with my choice.

Printer works fine, but is big and bulky. No instruction book on how to use the thing.

After only 3 weeks it makes a high pitch noise when I print/copy more than 5-6 pages.

SO FAR SO GOOD. Printer works perfectly. However lacks Android app functionality. Otherwise hardware part is pretty solid. User interface good too.

Whole family is way happier since we switched from Inkjet. This laser printer has it all. Looks like refills are terribly bad if search around.

Great printer and scanner. Took a little more time to set up than I expected, but worth it. Got it at a great price.
