This was more difficult to set up than I anticipated. At this point, I'm looking forward to a visit/service call from my nephew to finish it. I'm not ready to knock this. It could very well be user error. REALLY like the idea of having a color laser printer and freeing myself from the ink toner dance to the store every time the printer stops because I'm out of cyan. Also like the wireless capability and Canon's reputation for quality.

This printer has been the best product I've used in recent times. it was recommended by a friend and there is no regret purchasing it, it works well for printing and scanning. yet to explore other functions. It's a little complicated to operate but once you get used to it, its wonderful.

The multi paper tray is a bit difficult to get to work. The auto load feature does not work for me. That is about the only complaint I have.

My Canon works great. The Canon holds alot of paper.

Set up and all worked great for one day. Next day I went to print using AirPrint on iPhone and kept seeing no air printer found. Same issue with MacBook, first day all well, second day "printer offline" and would have to manually restart printer for it to connect for a few minutes before going back offline. Ended up returning. As others say does not work well with apple AirPrint and MacBook.

Prints a little lighter than expected and had to check out YouTube to figure some configuration but so far so good. Prints fast!

Bought this after being disappointed over and over by cheaper printers. Unlike the others, the WiFi printing works every time, mobile printing is nice, it holds a lot of paper in the tray, prints very quickly and quality of prints are top shelf. But she was pricey.

I should have listened to some of the other reviews. It prints nice, but it's very difficult to connect with our Wi-Fi system.

I absolutely love this printer. The only con was it was very challenging to setup when it came to my work computer. I believe it was due to settings from the company. Once this was working I love it. Print quality is good. I love that this printer wakes up immediately and prints.

Prints well, lots of functionality. Only giving 4 stars because I had to get a tech person to get our office pc’s hooked up. I did the macs myself easily.

The price of high quality laser printers with copying and scanning capabilities has come down significantly. This product has been great for home use and has been invaluable for work since Covid has forced me to work at home. Great quality and wireless connectivity to computer is a real plus.

Good printer quick quite no jams or problems so far

Fairly speedy and good print quality. Haven't tested the scanner function. Fax worked perfectly with my ooma VOIP phone. Replacement toners are very expensive - just paid $700 for the high yield set (regular yield is cheaper, but higher cost per page). A good small business all-in-one.

So far I am loving this printer. It prints such high quality prints and does so pretty quickly. I am looking forward to using the USB port next. Haven’t had a chance to do that yet. The WiFi has no issues and I use it with Apple products and so far I’m very happy with my purchase

I purchased this printer in May 2020. The print quality is very good on this, but the issue with the printer, and the reason I regret the purchase, is that the printer will not consistently stay on line. I've had to uninstall and reinstall the printer every two to three weeks since I've owned it. I almost returned it the first month I had it because I was having to reinstall it almost daily. A firmware update came out and it seemed to function better for a while, but has started acting up again. I checked for a new firmware update and sure enough there was one (the printer will NOT automatically install these or even let you know there is one out there). Once I downloaded the firmware update I was able to reinstall the printer for the upteenth time. Poor software. I'd be pitching this thing in the trash if I had not just purchased a toner cartridge and installed it this morning. Once the toner runs out, this thing is out the door. I'm very disappointed in Canon.

Great printer for the price. Truly an all-in-one printer. Quality is superior and print speed is remarkable. Only downfall is there's so many features, I don't think I've even scratched the surface as to what all it can do

You can't beat the price of this printer for all of the features you get. However, I have yet to be able to scan directly to a network drive.

Easy to set up and use. Toner life is great! We’ve had this printer for just about a year and are just now needing to replace the toner cartridges. I do a lot of printing so this has lasted a really long time for me.

For the cost I was expecting a state of the art product. The print quality is ok for a laser and once I watched a couple of YouTube videos I figured out how to make the scan to email feature work. But this printer’s scanner utility does not match up to a lower priced ink jet’s scanner utility. I had a HP multifunction inkjet-the scanner utility was outstanding. I was able to see the pages and delete them out and replace them without starting the scan all over again. It was very user friendly. This is a larger machine 3x the cost and the scanner utility is useless. You are able to preview the pages in a little box but that’s about it. If you are scanning a large group of papers you will not be able to use the scan to email feature unless you want to scan in groups and then use an Adobe program to merge them. Double the work. Please Canon upgrade the utility so is could be useful and make your manual user friendly while your at it, not everyone is an IT expert!
