Great printer....somewhat easy setup...bigger than I expected and takes up more space than my previous multi-function pixima but happy with purchase of a laser multifunction instead and also great quality of prints thus far.

This is a very good printer. I would recommend purchase.

The good: prints super fast, no streaking, colors look good. The annoying: it constantly tells me paper is jammed when there isn't any jammed paper.

This machine is so much easier and faster to use than my old Brother machine. I really like it and recommend it. I had hoped there would be a printed user manual in the box but there wasn't one. I'm adjusting to looking online for information.

Works with 110 lb board. No Jam ups. A little difficult setting up with the internet.

I bought this all in one printer mainly for its capability to do 2 sided scanning wirelessly to my computer. I can print wirelessly from my computer but it won’t scan to my computer. I wish I’d bought an HP.

We replaced an older Canon MF printer with this newer model. The setup was easy. We had no issues with integrating it onto the network. The printing quality is great.

This Canon prints intermittently, often I have to turn it off and back on again, or reconnect it to the Wi-Fi. It started not scanning, I called the Geek Squad with the error number, I then had to buy another $179 program to get support, I was on the phone with the tech for hours, they reinstalled some software, it worked briefly, now again won’t scan. I am returning it.

Price is good and function's are great. Cost to operate is very reasonable.
