This thing works like a charm. No issues. Great text printing and limited color printing. Not for photos, you'll need another printer for that.

I love it! Scanner interface needs improvement, but this printer is soooo much better than same price printers like Brothers and Xerox

This stopped working after 2 weeks and I had to return it. It didn’t break - it was designed to stop working! My color toner level hit *50%* and it stopped printing until I replaced the cartridges. Toner is expensive enough without throwing away half of it. Yes, they say there is a command to print with low toner. It’s buried somewhere in the fax (!) menu, and it didn’t work. Even the print in black and white only option (also very hard to find) didn’t work. There’s no customer service at Canon (they make you ask other users to help you!) and Geek squad tried to help but could figure out the menus either. In the end, I want a printer that just prints.

Good unit, little slow on wifi, but worth the price

Performs to our expectations. We've utilized the copy features and scanning - no challenges at all.

Great printer, make sure you buy original ink repacment.

Had to get the Geek Squad to set it up, but once done the machine works flawless.

Excellent printer; easy to setup; great connection to wifi. Sharp images, would definitely recommend.

It does all the things that I need it to do. I like the automatic 2 sided printing. It saves paper.

The printer isn’t as great as I thought it would be. It doesn’t print as fast as described, which has been quite disappointing. I expected better performance based on the product specifications, but it falls short of expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this printer if you need fast printing speeds.

I am very happy with my copier and with the price and service.

It took a while for me to get it to work right. I was regretting buy it and still regretit. It would not stay connected to wifi and it didn't recognize that it was connected to my computer. I was up all night trying to get the printer and computer to recognize that they were connected using a cord. It's too late to take it back. It's been 2 weeks. Best Buy doesn't give you 30 days. Comes with starter ink.

Cartridges are a bit pricey but they last quite a long time.
