Solid printer. I bought this newer version of the older model I had when the older one conked out. It's a good printer with good quality. I have a couple issues with it: * It is hard to wake up and often requires a physical button push before it will print if it's gone to sleep. * New menus are really wonky * When it does send prints through the queue it takes the printer a surprisingly long time to spin up (I'm on a Mac FWIW)

Excellent network printer easy to setup and use. Everything went flawless!

The technicians arrived on schedule and appropriately installed the printer. The technicians were friendly and professional, and explained the necessary features to begin using the device. My only concern is that there was a charge for the installation, where in the past there was no installation charge when I purchased an item from Best buy.

Upgraded from a cheaper ink printer to this. This was a big investment but worth it. While I only use this for occasional printing, toner doesnt dry like ink does, and i havent had a jam like i often do with my old ink printer. Prints quickly, software is responsive. It was worth my money

Haven't even scratched the surface yet with this capability-laden color laser printer. So far very intuitive to use and installation was extraordinarily easy (network with Windows systems).

This is a great printer for Mac and PCs. The text and colors are sharp and crisp.

So far it's been a great color laser printer, I wish they offered it with 11 x 17 capabilities.

Whether wired or wireless, works great and doesn't use alot of toner.

It's a goid copier, color works well. I wish it had better software for scanning.

Replaced a similar borther machine that was jamming up too often. This machine is good. Printing and copying is great. Quality of scans are not as good as I would like it to be. Very fast

Great printer and easy to setup. I have not used the scan portion yet. I was tired of inkjet drying up before I used it all. Switched to the laser printer and this one is working great!

I switched from a inkjet to a laser printer due to the ink always drying out on me by the time I needed it. It was easy to get it up physically but I will say, it was kind of hard to find the program from the website to download onto my computer. Otherwise, its been a great printer. Prints really fast and has a lot of great features.

This is one fast printer and copier. Thae quality is great, and setup was easy. The only drawback is the cost of zcanon Toners.

Canon support and Geek Squad could not get this printer to work on the scanning mode. After 3 hours with canon and 1 hour with Geek squad, no luck getting it to work. I couldn't even scan from the printer itself. It kept telling me to add the PC which it was already attached. We could print from my PC and laptop wirelessly but no scanning. We scan alot and so the need for that was great. I had to return it and got a HP based on my sisters recommendation as she works for a company that assist customers with printers and they service them also.
