I’ve been extremely impressed with this Canon laser printer. Its my first time buying one. Its fast print speed ensures I never have to wait long for my documents. What I really like is the remarkable sharpness of the images it produces. Whether it’s text or graphics, the quality is outstanding. A fantastic choice for anyone seeking efficiency and image precision in a printer.

This is an awesome printer for light commercial use. Fast printing and good features. The ink is very expensive, but it seems to last a long time.

I like the printer, but it's not easy to set. Getting help isn't easy. The user manual is online, there fore useless.

Good consistent printing. We use this printer in a church setting to print our bulletins and it does a wonderful job with that, the only issue I have with the printer is that it will not automatically print from the multipurpose tray when you load paper into that tray. I have the setting set to automatic, but still have to go in a select the multipurpose tray in order to print from it.

We have a small office and needed a reliable printer/scanner. This one checked all the boxes and was very easy to get up and running. Quality printing and scanning when we need it!

The number one thing I love about this laser printer, is the speed. It scans, prints, and faxes fast.. The only issue I have is no software for like my other Canon All in one printer.

Its been a little less than 3 weeks since I started using and for now its amazing. Not sure if i will get 16 years out of it like i did with my EPSON, but so far so good.

I use this every day. I've had it a long time and still on the starter toners. This is a quality printer at a fair price.

Sharp and clean print quality, nice color accuracy. Easy to setup and shared for various devices in the house. Scanner is simple but ok.

Printer setup went well. Prints are nice and clean and super fast coming from an all-in-one inkjet. We do not print routinely, but it has not lost contact with the app yet. Scan is beautiful since it does the double sided in a single pass. Very happy with it so far.

Works well with windows, for the most part. Problems when printing with macOS and iOS at first - you have to fiddle with several settings to get this to work with Macs - it seems to print too light. Several things needed adjustments when I received this - margins when coming from the bottom tray were off, the too light printing affected both windows and Mac were printing things too light and faded. I've owned a couple of other color laser printer brands in the past and this is the first one that just wasn't ready to go straight out of the box and needed a lot of tweaking of settings. The toner is pricey - just check what Canon toner cartridges cost. Canon support is minimal - you get a knowledge base which tells you how the printer is supposed to work, and a community forum to troubleshoot why it doesn't work. You can get a CarePak, for a price, which has more support options, but I didn't opt for that. This was an aggravating printer to set up, I'm still not sure if I'll keep it, yet. I'm beginning to understand why a major consumer magazine that reports on product quality listed Canon customers the most unhappy of the major brand printer owners.

After years of using various inkjet printers, this honey of a machine was a welcome upgrade. The printing is crisp, high quality and without skips, smudges or constant alerts for ink. Great machine. Thanks, Canon & BestBuy!

Excellent product for printing and fax and copies,

This printer is able to handle a lot! I am a lawyer and have tested it more than enough to say it is a great investment.

Solid printer. I bought this newer version of the older model I had when the older one conked out. It's a good printer with good quality. I have a couple issues with it: * It is hard to wake up and often requires a physical button push before it will print if it's gone to sleep. * New menus are really wonky * When it does send prints through the queue it takes the printer a surprisingly long time to spin up (I'm on a Mac FWIW)

Upgraded from a cheaper ink printer to this. This was a big investment but worth it. While I only use this for occasional printing, toner doesnt dry like ink does, and i havent had a jam like i often do with my old ink printer. Prints quickly, software is responsive. It was worth my money
