    This printer had the potential to be a good one. However, every since connecting it, all it does is give an error message when we try to print. We went online to see if there was a way to fix the problem; but we couldn't find anything that helped us. We are planning on returning this printer today for a different printer or our money back.

    If you happen to find it for under $70 on 'Deal of the Day' then definitely jump on the opportunity. However, the interface is cumbersome and at times has issues but nothing a quick power cycle can't fix. I've found its better to not install the provider driver and instead use the software already installed on your machine.
