    Had this printer less than 2 weeks and only used 3 times, and it got an unfixable error. Waiting on our refurbished replacement because it was over 2 weeks when I called Best Buy about it.... not happy with that service either!

    The price is right however the printer takes a while to install and I needed to mess around with the included drivers (that I had to find on the cd) before my computer recognized the printer. Small display.

    It's a good all around machine for a home office. Ink price is high and it uses a lot for the price. At least the black is sold separately. I can only find it at Best Buy in my area.

    Bought this by name and reputation and were deeply disappointed. Junk out of the box. It refused to "Set-up". Locked-up and went straight back to the store.

    I don't know if my settings are correct but it prints very slow it would not be a good printer if you had to print multiple pages at once

    Copier would not work wireless. I had to run a cable from the router to copier. Have not had time to deal with this. Also very loud

    It has been 2 years and 2 days since I bought this printer. It has now stopped working. I called Canon and they told me "it is an internal issue and can not be fixed." One they are aware of and will happen sooner or later to this model printer. And, they only offer the typical 1 year warranty. Since it has been 2 years I am out of luck. I will not buy another canon unless it is a camera. I only bought this printer because the rep was in the store and made it sound too good to be true. Should have went with my gut and bought another Brother printer. Update: Recontacted Canon support and got someone different. They are going to send a replacement printer at no charge to me. It is refurbished, but at least it works unlike the one I have. Still only 1 star since it is an issue Canon is aware of and have not fixed.
