This is the best printer I have ever owned. Every function of this printer is awesome! Had HP printer before... This printer is like night and day. Print quality better than HP. Bravo Canon.

I've had 3 prior multi printers before and this is absolutely the best of them all, easy to use & great features which all work as expected.

Needed a printer so i pick out this one. Great printer for the price. prints quickly and quietly.

The printer works fine as far as functionality, but the cost to print is high. We used the first set of inks that came with the printer and now the replacement ink is almost empty for all colors and the yellow is empty. The printer says 645 prints so far. Not really accurate as far as ink use as some prints may only have a few lines of text. What is interesting is that we print mostly in grayscale mode with a few color prints here and there, so color should not be used much. However this printer uses some color ink even in grayscale printing. Based on the number of prints printed, the cost per print so far is about 24 cents per print. And this does not account for tax and paper costs. Since what you print affects the amount of ink used, the only way this printer could be economical is printing black text. Any graphics, such as web pages for example, will use some color even if printed in grayscale. Generally yellow goes first, so it makes sense the yellow is empty before the other colors.

Printer is easy to use -but I wish that it was a little bit smaller.

Very durable machine. However, I would NOT purchase another Canon. Unable to replace cartridge was very misleading. This led to damage to serious damage to the machine over time!

Does a great job printing. It's really good on ink as well. Overall, excellent buy.

This printer is great for faxing but we are having problems with printing and coping. We bought brand new ink and it still doesn't want to print. We were told if we had any problems or questions we should call the manufacturer. We are taking it back to the store.

I have bought two of these printers and am quite dissatisfied. The first one would not work at all (would not turn on), and I exchanged it for the same model. Two months later, the second printer stopped working. It turns on but the screen does not. I tried to set it up again, but it will not respond. Not recommended for home or office.

I am very disappointed in this purchase. We have tried to make it work, but it keeps losing its connection to the laptops that already printed from it. Searching for it does no good whatsoever. I've tried many different possible solutions to fix it, but to no avail. I'm going to either return it (it's beyond the return period) or I'm going to sell it/give it away. I am going back to the store to purchase a different printer today. Bye bye, Canon MB2320!

I went in to best buy with the intent of buying another Brother All-In-One which was my previous printer that I used from 2009, until it died on me in 2015 (6 years people). I let the Cannon tech sell me on this . . . and it has not lived up to the hype from the minute I bought it into my home office. Maybe this is a great product for personal, casual use, but STAY AWAY FROM THIS MACHINE IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS!

I caught this printer on sale and for the money. It's great.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this printer. It's a wonderful machine: fast with good print quality and two print trays...but only when it works. Unfortunately, about half the time the printer simply does not print. There is either a problem communicating with the printer, or documents remain in limbo indefinitely. I have everything else checked out: laptop, router, network, etc all come back with flying colors. But for some reason, the printer just does not print consistently. Thankfully, I bought the two-year product replacement from Best Buy and will be returning the printer for a different model.
