I can copy, scan, print and fax with this product! with good clarity. I will recommend this product to anyone.

For the price its a great printer. Dont look for high speeds though but print quality is great.

Superb print quality, but the unit has crashed repeatedly, necessitating calls to Canon customer service to get the unit running again. Customer service people are very good, but I hate having to call them once a month.

Print quality is very good for a budget printer. However, once the printer is idle for a period of time, you must manually go to the printer to wake it up rather than allowing it to wake with a print job. This is very frustrating.
